Heat above the labelled range can accelerate the chemical breakdown of an active ingredient, which means a strip may deliver less than its stated dose by the time you take it. The medicine will still look completely normal. This is why the storage conditions printed on the pack are a regulatory requirement, not a suggestion, and why we run climate control across the whole store rather than only in a single cabinet.
We host three on-site OPD chambers used by visiting doctors, along with a dedicated patient washroom. Consulting doctors, their specialities and their timings are displayed on the boards outside the shop. You can see a doctor and collect the prescribed medicines in a single visit instead of travelling between a clinic and a pharmacy.

If you are on long-term medication — for blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid, cardiac or similar — we keep a record of your prescription and telephone you when your course is due to run out. We call rather than send an SMS, because a call reaches people who do not read messages and lets us confirm dosage changes directly.

The pharmacy was established in 2012 and has served Kota families continuously since. It is owned and run by Vijay Kumar Jain, a licensed pharmacist, who personally oversees dispensing during store hours.
